1. Strategic Planning and Innovation:
   • • Develop a strategic roadmap for integrating ML features in Laservall's products in alignment with the company's 5-year business plan.
     • Identify emerging ML trends and technologies relevant to Laservall’s industry and advocate for their adoption.
2. Product Development:
   • • Lead and oversee the development of ML models, algorithms, and systems tailored to enhance Laservall’s products.
     • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technology teams to ensure ML projects meet customer needs and product requirements.
3. Team Leadership and Mentorship:
   • • Build and lead a high-performance R&D team focused on ML and AI, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
     • Mentor junior researchers and developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
4. Research and Experimentation:
   • • Conduct and oversee rigorous research and experimentation to validate and improve ML models.
     • Ensure ML models are robust, efficient, and scalable, meeting the required standards for deployment.
5. Project Management:
   • • Establish project milestones, timelines, and deliverables for ML initiatives, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget.
     • Regularly report on project progress, challenges, and success metrics to the executive team.
6. Compliance and Ethics:
   • • Develop protocols for the ethical use of ML, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for data privacy and security.
     • Oversee risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address any ethical or regulatory concerns related to ML.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration:
   • • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Technology VPs to align ML efforts with business objectives and customer needs.
     • Provide technical expertise in client meetings as needed to explain Laservall’s ML capabilities.

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Qualified in HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
• A minimum of 6 years solid experience in accounting and consolidation, preferably headquarter/regional role or audit. Some IPO or funding experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in Yonyou ERP would be an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Able to handle multi-task, self-motivated, well organized with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork spirit.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as an Accountant role.
• The working location will be at the Science Park – HKSTP.

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

• Handle full set of accounts, including daily operation, AR & AP activities
• Review and/or prepare vouchers and transactions
• Handle e-banking activities, insurance issues
• Handle Credit Card/Claims/petty cash reimbursement
• Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules
• Filing and archiving relevant document
• Liaise with external auditors for audit matters

• Software design and development: Software module design and development that implements core functions of equipment such as laser processing, robot/scanner control, vision system, etc
• System Integration: Work with engineers in a variety of fields, including hardware, machinery, and electronics, to integrate and optimize the entire system.
• System testing and verification: Perform unit testing, integrated testing, system testing to ensure software quality and build a simulation environment to verify software performance
• Analyzing and improving existing legacy code
• Creating and managing technical documents: documenting development processes and results
• Technical Support: Technical Support for software related issues to the customer (site visit/remote)

• New product design and development : 3D modeling and drawing of new product
• Improvement of existing products: Design changes and optimization to improve product performance
• System integration: Work with electrical/electronic and software engineers to consolidate and optimize the entire system
• Design review and analysis: Review design drawings, analyze simulation results, manage design changes
• Supporting the manufacturing process: Provide drawings and technical documents for product manufacturing, and help solve manufacturing problems

• Laser Automation Equipment Electrical System Design : Design and Development of Laser Generation, Control, Safety System, etc
• System integration: Work with mechanical and software engineers to integrate and optimize the entire system
• Electronic circuit design : analog and digital circuit design, PCB layout, embedded system development
• Problem solving and improvement: Diagnose and resolve electronic related problems that occur during equipment operation (site visit/remote)
• Technical documentation preparation and management: documentation of development process and results

• Achieving sales objectives: Establish annual/quarterly sales objectives and develop and manage specific action plans to achieve them.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish close partnerships with existing customers and engage in a variety of marketing activities to discover new customers.
• Organize and manage the sales team: Provide training and coaching to reorganize and staff the sales organization to increase the efficiency of the sales organization
• Market Analysis and Competitor Analysis: Strengthen market dominance by analyzing laser and automation equipment market trends and competitors' products and services.
• Discover and propose new businesses: Discover new business opportunities, including laser-free automation equipment, and propose new businesses through feasibility analysis.

• Understand electrical circuits, be able to design circuits, read electrical circuit drawings
• Have experience in installing industrial machines
• Understanding PLC is an advantage.
• Experience: 2-3 years in the field of electricity, industrial electricity

• Hardworking, honest, careful, agile, able to use Excel, word, understand accounting principles, can prepare financial statements for businesses.
• Know how to be proactive in work
• Experience: 3 years or more in accounting position.
• Foreign language: Fluent English communication (or Chinese, + knowing Korean is an advantage)

• Computer/Software/Mathematics/Mechatronics/Automation and other related majors, college degree or above;
• 3 years or more of experience in programming automation equipment host computers;
• Understand the principles of motion control, and be familiar with motion control cards such as Advantech, Leadsight, and Googol.
• Used visual library-based secondary development in the automation process.
• Proficient in C# or C++ programming language in Visual Studio;
• Good coding habits and document writing skills, strong logical thinking ability;
